Qazaqstan Business Council in Dubai is a non-profit organization established to strengthen economic and business ties between Kazakhstan and the United Arab Emirates. The council is based in Dubai and focuses on fostering interaction between the business communities of the two countries.
About Us
Qazaqstan Business Council in Dubai was founded in 2015 with the aim of promoting economic cooperation between Kazakhstan and the UAE. The organization was established by Kazakhstani entrepreneurs in Dubai and Dubai Chamber of Commerce supporting business interests of both countries.
Our Mission
The mission of Qazaqstan Business Council in Dubai is to foster economic cooperation between Kazakhstan and the United Arab Emirates, support business development, facilitate knowledge exchange, and create favorable conditions for investment and entrepreneurship. We aim to serve as a bridge between the business communities of the two countries, strengthening partnerships and enabling the realization of joint projects.

EurAsia Gulf and the Qazaqstan Business Council in Dubai hosted a Diplomatic Business Lunch at Capital Club on February 4, 2025.
The event brought together representatives of the diplomatic corps, government institutions, and leading business figures from Kazakhstan, the UAE, and other countries. During the meeting, participants discussed prospects for bilateral cooperation, investment opportunities, and key areas for the development of trade and economic relations between the countries.

One of the significant achievements was the signing of a partnership memorandum between Sarte Project Management (UAE) and Caspian Center LLP on February 7, 2025. This document outlines the implementation of a large-scale project for the construction of the multifunctional smart city EcoCity in Aktau. The project includes residential, commercial, and recreational areas, an amusement park, a world-class sports complex, and Kazakhstan’s first 7-star hotel on the shores of the Caspian Sea. The total investment in the project is estimated at $4.5 billion.
